To access the full range of Services offered by uvo77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update your information promptly should any details change. Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify uvo77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account that occurs before you have notified us of suspected unauthorized access.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within five (5) minutes during banking hours, though processing times may be longer during non-business hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification procedures. You may withdraw funds only to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security and regulatory compliance reasons. uvo77 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, with most requests completed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the User.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed. This requirement applies to all deposit amounts and is designed to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Users found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts may be permanently suspended.
While playing with active bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply. Unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms, the maximum bet per spin or hand when using bonus funds is IDR 12,500. Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All bets placed on the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet selections before confirming them. uvo77 reserves the right to void bets if they are placed in error, if game malfunctions occur, or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity. In the event of a voided bet, the stake will be returned to your Account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uvo77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining funds in your Account (excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.
uvo77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, created multiple Accounts, or engaged in any conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform, other Users, or our business interests. In the event of termination for cause, we reserve the right to forfeit all funds in your Account.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. uvo77 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee on dormant Accounts. We will provide advance notice via email before imposing any inactivity fees.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming operations. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

If the matter cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to our designated email address. We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year from the date the claim or cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period will be permanently barred.
